1. Shipping Options: At Anuradha Sports, we offer reliable shipping options to ensure your gym equipment reaches you in perfect condition. Depending on your location, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations. Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery.

2. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • For bulk orders or customized equipment, additional processing time may be required. We will notify you of any delays in processing.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. Charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free shipping may be available on select items or for orders over a certain amount. Please check our promotions page for details.

4. Delivery Locations:

  • We deliver across India, covering major cities, towns, and remote areas.
  • International shipping is currently not available. If you are located outside of India and wish to purchase, please contact our customer support team.

5. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
  • For metro cities, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days with standard shipping.
  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

7. Delivery Issues:

  • If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delayed, lost, or damaged items), please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • In case of damage during transit, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us right away. Ensure to keep all packaging materials and photographs of the damage for claim purposes.

8. Delivery Attempts:

  • If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, a second attempt will be made. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
